One Cocowalk is a multi-purpose center located in Brickell, the area of Downtown Miami that represents the largest financial district in the city and all of Florida. The RSP Architects firm chose Modulatus systems in a brushed 77 Cocowalk finish to clad the exterior ceilings of the structure. In fact, WOODN WPC composite wood is ideal for Florida's peculiar climate, thanks to its ability to withstand hurricanes and its self-extinguishing and waterproofing properties.
